Greetings all,
Due to bad planning, we're scrambling to find an affordable place for
4 adults to stay during this new year. We were hoping for Isla
Mujeres, but it appears to be booked. Does anyone have suggestions
for similar places to stay? I've made backup reservations in Cancun,
but we'd prefer a more quiet beachy area.

I just got back from Isla (Nov 5th) and had a great time. No trouble
getting last minute (one weeks notice) reservations at Villa Rolandi,
We visited several other very nice places while there and looked at
their rooms as well. Only one other place was as nice as Villa Rolandi
and it was way more expensive. Rolandi's room rate also included two
meals a day at their very own restaurant. It was some of the best food
I've ever had anywhere in the world !

I've never stayed at Rolandi's, but the restaurant is great.
We eat multiple meals there whenever we're on the island!
