Just out of curiosity

I was just wondering if anyone out there has every checked into or knows anything about medical billing at home?

You see adversiting all of the time about working from home as a medical biller, medical transcriptions, medical coder and so on. I was just wondering if you can really get paid doing this? How do you find your work and how hard is it to find that work? I know that you need to get the schooling, but does that schooling really help you get started?
