Working in a convenience/deli store is not a good job for a forwarding career. Having worked it over 20 years ago and getting robbed at gunpoint, I quit. But as we go in life things change and we need to work where work is available. Unfornately, convenience retail is an ongoing battle of incoming and outgoing of employees. I went back into retail a year ago, and quit my job yesterday. I do in fact have another job to go to, which is better in all aspects.

But the BS, I endured while there not only gave me stress but I can thank them for a pinched nerve in my neck. perhaps it was the DM, or SM who I can personally thank for that. Working all shifts required in management, pulling 12 hour shifts because others would not come in, OH and lets see those that did that were not written up, but yet write me up for petty shit like the book not being filled out.......wtf? Not even a thank you for covering your ass when you are late. Punching you in when you called 15 to 20 minutes before entering your store that YOU are responsible for.

Your stealing of company items, not paying for food, treating employee's like 5 year olds. Cussing to them in front of customers, fudged paperwork, keeping your employee's on the job OFF THE CLOCK.................ILLEGAL as hell, your continuing gossiping about others, why didn't you use that gossiping energy to make your store better??????? Instead you felt it better to tear people down. Can we state Defamation of Character, better watch yourselves or you will find yourself in court.

Do I feel bad for leaving, no WAY>>>>>>>>>>> as you say SUCK IT UP.

perhaps they should send you to school for Proper Work Ethics, but what does that matter, they would give you the answers anyway. I would state which convenience store chain this is, but unlike you and your company, I am a better person than any of you will ever be. Good luck on finding a suitable replacement for me, because it will take 10 average employee's to cover what I did for your company.
