Yes, that's true. Honest people would feel guilty to lie, but liars never have this kind of sense, let them get punishment by Lord. Sooner or later.

You should believe Canadian Justice. Even if the plaintiffs just tell the truth, not lying, the judge will try his best to give fair judgment. The judge must know what the company's nature is and how many lawsuits the company has involved. Why common people have to bother to start a legal action with time and money consuming, to bring the company to court without a lawyer's help? Nobody enjoys this procedure.

They won! Geo Holiday Club lost the case in court. The company has to refund all the money the plaitiff paid plus interest and court fees.

It seems to me that there are a lot of us - scammed by Geo Holidays- why dont we do a group lawsuit? - this might also have more impact in the news - I would love to see this people out-of-business-or straightened out by our justice system.
