Class Action

If there are a lot of people unhappy with GEO why don't you all get together and find a lawyer to represent you in a class action lawsuit. This would make far more sense than idividual suits as the big company will beat you everytime because of the financial resources they have.

I believe if enough people would come forward with legitimate complaints you could actually accomplish something.

If you think GEO is a scam this would get the word out alot better than a discussion board even if you lose and I am not sure you would. If you got twenty or thirty people together it wouldn't cost one years maintenance fees each person to get a good lawyer and fight. The small guy does get it up they ying yang from big companies quite often and courts are simpathetic to this.

By the way Obsever1, if I was a GEO employee like you suggested in another thread would I be suggesting a class action lawsuit against them? I am just a guy who enjoys his timeshare but sees both sides of the story.

Confused

Hey. Timeshares are not for everyone. GEO is not for everyone. We own Geo, but if you were scammed, then sue...I find it hard to believe, but hey, crazy things happen. I used to work for cruise lines, so I have seen a lot of unhappy people, lawsuits, and more...I see people who love what they buy and then there are those who have had a crappy experience. Yes, I've been one of those people before, so I feel empathy. I'm interested in knowing the facts of this upcoming Trial. WHERE IS IT??
