I am a 3rd year nursing student, and I just want to tell you that as far as I know, school is not the hard part. As long as you are mature enough to sacrifice the party scene for a while, you will do fine. I currently have a 3.9 and, while tests can be a little stressful, the classroom component is the easy part. I just started my clinical rotations and am starting to get a taste of what it can actually be like. Im scared and a little overwhelmed. I stumbled on this site when i was searching to see if anyone felt the same way. I read alot of stories about people that hate their jobs. Im afraid to end up in a carreer that I hate. Im sticking to it for now, but honestly, these people stories are scaring the crap out of me...Im hoping that there are actually some nurses out there that actually do not regret their decision to go into nursing. It would be a relief to read a story like that, so i could feel like perhaps this wasnt a mistake after all.
