Attorney General in several states in the south have sued timeshare companies years ago, the companies used very similar tactics to sell vacation timeshare to consumers as Geo Holiday Club did.

The conclusion of AG USA was that these companies were fraud artist, when they were prohibited to use the same way to lure comsumers, they just changed the business name, in the same location to do the same business by using another new name for the new company. It is criminal.
