Actually, it sounds more like blowing out your left knee after having
the right one repaired. The right becomes the stronger knee and takes
more stress, which the left can't handle.
Had a dog that blew out one knee about a year after having the ACL on
the other repaired. That's exactly what the vet said happened.

23 cm is about 9 inches. I'm not sure how they would differentiated
that from a wave. But that's why they're the geologists.
