Any recommendations on spa suites?

I am getting married this summer and we are hoping to do our honeymoon
in Las Vegas. We are looking for a nice spa/jacuzzi room in a hotel on
the strip or downtown. We have been to Vegas before and stayed on the
Strip, so we are leaning to wanting to stay in a nice place on
Freemont. Especially if it is cheaper to get a nice suite.

Does anybody have suggestions or know what kind of price we would be
looking at for a midweek stay in August?

Re: Any recommendations on spa suites?

The Vegas Club has a decent suit for not too much money...

Also, I believe the 4 Queens or the Freemont has affordable Jacuzzi suits...

You are kinda asking for the world. You want a nice suite with a
jacuzzi which is cheaper than a room on the Strip but downtown?

Re: Any recommendations on spa suites?

Sorry, I will clarify.

I am looking for a jacuzzi suite, or at least a room with a large tub
and seperate shower. It doesn't have to be on the strip, it can be
downtown. I just wan't a place that is nice enough to go on my
honeymoon. Of course, after just getting married I will not have a
large budget. So I am looking for a happy medium.

There are so many hotels it is tough to sift through them all online,
so I am asking for peoples personal opinions.

Hope this clarify things...
Thanks
Matt

Check out New York/New York. My wife and I once got a great deal on one of
their jacuzzi suites, around $140/night on a weekend, mid-week prices may
be better.

Good luck and congratulations.

No experience with spa suites or downtown but for a nice room with a
separate shower and a big (two person but not Jacuzzi)tub I liked the
Aladdin. Stayed there the trip before last and was happy with the room
and loved the bathroom. I was looking at the Aladdin for this year on
the dates August 7,8,9 (that is a Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday) and it
was a decent rate of $89 a night. I had a jacuzzi room at the Luxor but
don't remember the tub being that big. I do remember when I went to use
the jacuzzi tub black gunk came out of the jets. yuck!

Matt:

Book early but 4 Queens sounds like your best bet.

A Suite USED to defined as a two room accomodation.

Now it is defined by the hotel.

It is a good idea to find out what the hotel's definition of a suite
is so that you know before hand what you are getting.

For your honeymoon, spring for a nice Palace Tower room at Caesars.
The regular rooms come with a large jacuzzi, and you will be staying
in luxury instead of a rundown dump. After all, you only have one
honeymoon, HOPEFULLY.
