Re: A teacher's tale

Karen,

The groups that Janssen posted to are irrelevant. He posted six
messages to this group. Does that mean those messages are relevant to
travel or cruises? What is relevant is the contents of the postings and
whether the messages are consistent with the purpose(s) of this
newsgroup. The following are in the Subject line of the six messages
that Janssen posted to the rec.travel.cruises group:

A teacher's tale

OT: Harry Reid, you're sharp as a tack!

SAPM in AVLV

"Do parents overplay the kid card?"

NY Times on the problem with the childfree

"Strangers have no place giving parenting tips"

Please do a search for the above messages posted by Janssen and read
them. Then let me know which, if any, had anything to do with cruises
or cruising, the purpose(s) of the rec.travel.cruises group.

John

Re: A teacher's tale

John,

What happens is that when a troll comes along and posts something outrageous
or obscene and at the same time cross-posts it, people on each of the
affected newsgroup jump in without looking and a bunch of newsgroups are
besieged by BS.

A guy calling himself Robert Fernandez cross-posted 29 notes. His last post
was on February 27, but on the same day Saif Budhraja showed up and
continued the cross-posting through March 24th.

Giving her credit, in Karen's response to you she eliminated the "other"
newsgroups, but both Karen and her "buddy" Chrissy Cruiser cross-posted in
the subject "Strangers have no place giving parenting tips".

Actually Chrissy cross-posted FIVE times while Karen was only guilty THREE
times.

Happy Easter.

Re: A teacher's tale

You're right. The thing I find funny about Chrissy Cruiser is that she
sometimes changes her name and then pretends to answer herself.

Re: A teacher's tale

Trout, you continue to misspell words at an alarming rate. Perhaps a
night class or two at a community college would help.

Re: A teacher's tale

And this has exactly WHAT to do with cruising?? Did this happen on a
cruise ship. ?

I didn't know they had schools on any ships.... At least not regular
schools..

Too bad there's no way to stop these OT, cross-posting morons..
