Currently there is only one flight per day in each direction. You might want
to book it if you need to know that your going to get there of a certain
day.

Where will you be coming from? If you are coming from the continental US,
you may find it cheaper to fly to Barbados, then use a regional carrier for
the trip to Grenada.
