I read the story related to the nurse who stated that education is not enough and it made me realize why we have such a shortage of nurses...nursing school has several hours of hands on clinicals and that should count as experience...we spend so much time completing our educationa and then we are told we don't have enough experience on med surg floor...Hello!! what have we been doing for the last few years...any advice?
