I reserved 2 campsites in June 2005 at Pfieffer Big Sur SP. I found out
that each campsite can fit only 2 vehicles, but each campsite accommodates
up to 8 people. Is it expected that 8 people with their camping gear are
to fit in 2 cars or in my case 16 people in 4 cars? Does anyone know if
there is a seperate parking lot for overflow parking at Pfieffer Big Sur
SP?

I'm not sure why the reservation agent didn't tell you this, but
yes they have some other parking, but you need to reserve and pay
for it. Call them back.
