NeoNatal exposure to 100% O2

Can anyone direct me to the latest literature and acceptable time for
delivery of 100% O2 to a neonatal patient?

My understanding is exposure should only be for mere seconds to aviod
potential retinal complications, but I cannot locate an exact source.
