Labour website of the year 2004 - update

Voting continues to select the Labour Website of the Year 2004. As of
27 December, over 2,700 votes have been cast for more than 300 trade
union websites. There are nearly 120 officially nominated sites on the
online ballot, but write-in votes are also allowed.

Any trade union site anywhere in the world can compete. Sites do NOT
have to appear on the ballot to compete.

The competion began in 1997 and has been run every year since then by
LabourStart, the global online trade union news and campaigning
website.

The deadline for voting is 15 January 2005. Results will be announced
the following day.

There are daily updates on the voting on Radio LabourStart,

Thanks very much.
