Typically, the Thursday Los Angeles Times has a listing of events for
the upcoming weekend. The website, www.latimes.com, has a Calendar
section. You need to register both for the online version of the LA
Times and for the "Calendar Live" section of the website. Because of
the registration requirement, I have never viewed the online version to
see if they have the same listings as the print version, but I would
assume so.
