Cloudy weather, Costa Rica, Panama, etc
It just seems that about 90% of the pictures I see from the region are shot
on cloudy days. And since things almost always look more photogenic in the
sun, I wonder just what percentage of the time the sun is shining? I've
found the west coast of Mexico has some of the most perfect mostly cloudless
weather during the winter/spring and was wondering how far down south that
extends. I guess to at least Huatulco? How much further could it go before
these clouds invade and spoil the scenery?
