Axis World Travel (axisworldtravel.com)

Has anybody actually been a regular customer of Axis World Travel
(axisworldtravel.com)?

I'm curious on your experience?

I purchased their membership for a few thousand dollar, then I
returned it because it only had a 3 day return policy and I didn't get
a chance to really use it.

During the time I had it, I called them for quotes, and they were
incredible cheap. However, I didn't book it, so I don't know if the
transaction would of went smoothly.

stan

ps. Do not buy 123 free travel club ( 123freetravel.com ) they are
for sure a scam, deceptive, fraudulent, bogus, ripoff company.

Is that where you have travel arranged by the 3rd reich, fascist Italy
and Imperial Japan?

Re: Axis World Travel (axisworldtravel.com)

I think you should be glad you withdrew. I attended one of their
presentations and listened to their offer. Upon refusing, they continuely
pared the cost down to a fraction of the original. I still refused
because I knew nothing of their company and their stability and solvency.
I received a "Hawaiian" vacation as a gift for attending. Upon mailing a
processing fee of $378, I heard nothing back from the processing agency.
After a few calls to a number which had an answering machine so full of
messages I couldn't leave one, I contacted the state of Florida where the
processing agency for an "Identity Travel" was located. They informed me
that "Identity Travel" (at a location different from their mailing address
for the money order) had not renewed their license that expired several
months ago. Am trying to track down "Axis World Travel" to see what they
have to say. Do you have a phone and address for them? Pretty shady
operation so far.

How do I answer that question........
Did they royally rip us off, the answer to that would be yes.
Last year we did go to one of their presentations and allowed ourselves to be convinced that it was a good deal. We are members but have received NO SERVICE for our money. They don't return their calls or emails or faxes or letters. We have marked this up to one of our worst investments and shame on them. How else could we view it as we have invested money for NOTHING. It is not the incentive partners, as they (Nancy Walsh) claims is the problem, it is AXIS WORLD TRAVEL themselves. We have tried to get our money back, but they got what they were after. And they are members of the Arizona BBB.......... so? All that means is that they secure that they won't have issues with them when people complain. Like we did, to no avail. One of the people that has helped me deal with them said that they seem to be the typical timeshare scam artists. Hope that helps. I so wish that I had found this website before my three days were up.....
My experience with them had been just awful.

Angry Axis World Travel

I have been trying to reach their Scottsdale Offie for days and am told someone will call back. Since yesterday the phone has been "busy"? I am looking into reporting them to the Attorney General.

Anyone have any luck contacting them?

Re: Axis World Travel (axisworldtravel.com)

I would like to be a part of any class action suit. They have done nothing
for us that we couldn't do ourselves. When I did threaten to sue, the lady
got very testy with me and informed me that I didn't have a leg to stand
on because of the contract.

Re: Axis World Travel (axisworldtravel.com)

I attended their seminar, signed up for a membership and cancelled it after
3 days asking for a full refund. This was 10 weeks ago and I have not
received anything. Apparently their phone, email etc. is not working
anymore.

Has anyone filed a complaint with the AG?

Has anyone claimed a small claim?

What is the staus on possible class action lawsuits?

Has anyone located them?

According to the California Secretary of State Business Portal
http://kepler.ss.ca.gov/corpdata/Sh...Number=C2657694
they are still active

What can we do in order to get our money back???

This is beyond disgusting.
I want to take action.
It is not just about the monetary loss.
PLEASE, PLEASE rally with me in seeking
retribution. Maybe we share attorney cost OR
expose them for what they are. I have a friend
(professional on -air reporter) with inside contacts
at NBC networks in Phoenix,Tucson,Dallas,L.A. &
San Diego willing to go to bat for me.

Re: Axis World Travel (axisworldtravel.com)

I can understand where you are in your frustration. Have you read all the
posts? There is also a site called
"badbusinessbureau.com/reports/ripoff120759.htm" I read a post from an
ex-employee. She has filed a complaint with AZ Attorney General. I have
filed with AZ Attorney General also, which you can do on line. If you
look up Axis World Travel on Google it is still coming up with travel
sites. ?? Don't feel alone, but if all get together maybe something can
be done to prevent future scams like this.
